Refund Policy

If you are a consumer in the European Union, EU consumer law gives you the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of paying, without giving a reason, and to receive a refund of what you paid.

This applies to Pro Monthly, Pro Season, and Pro Lifetime alike, for as long as the 14-day window is open and you have not requested immediate access — see below.

Pro access is granted automatically the moment your payment succeeds — there is no delay before you can use the Service. Because of this, checkout asks you to confirm that you want access immediately rather than waiting out the withdrawal period.

Confirming immediate access waives your right of withdrawal once that access has been granted. This is a standard, recognized exception for digital content and services delivered immediately — it does not remove any other right you have.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund — whether under the withdrawal right above or otherwise — contact us at the email address below. Include the email address on your account and, if you have it, the date of purchase. If a refund is approved, it is issued back to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor.

Outside of the statutory withdrawal right above, refunds are not automatic. We consider requests case by case and do not guarantee a particular outcome, timeframe, or response. Where the law that applies to you grants additional rights beyond what is described here, those rights are not affected by this policy.
