F1 Predictions ("the Service") provides AI-generated predictions for Formula 1 race weekends. Predictions cover race outcomes, qualifying results, practice sessions, sprint sessions, teammate head-to-head matchups, yes/no prop questions for individual races and the season, and AI-written post-session analysis.

Predictions are generated by an AI model that analyzes publicly available session data, circuit history, championship standings, and current form. They are published before sessions begin and are never edited after publication.

F1 Predictions is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA), Formula One Management (FOM), Formula 1, or any F1 team or driver.

All team names, driver names, and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification purposes only.

You may create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to circumvent access controls.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

All content generated by the Service (including predictions, analysis text, accuracy scores, and site design) is the property of F1 Predictions. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit this content without written permission.

You may share individual predictions for personal, non-commercial use provided you credit F1 Predictions as the source.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any prediction or content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, F1 Predictions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from gambling or betting activities.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

F1 Predictions offers three paid plans. Prices are shown in EUR, and in your local currency where available. The amount shown at checkout is the total you pay, with no separate or added fees. If your payment card is not issued in the currency shown, your card issuer converts the charge at their own exchange rate; Stripe does not show you a pre-converted amount at checkout.

• Pro Monthly: €9.99, charged automatically every month until you cancel.
• Pro Season: €69, charged automatically every 12 months from your purchase date, until you cancel.
• Pro Lifetime: €179, charged once, with no recurring charge and no expiry date.

"Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Service, not your personal lifetime. Pro Lifetime access continues for as long as F1 Predictions operates as a paid service. If we discontinue the Service entirely, Lifetime access ends with it.

Lifetime access is tied to the account it was purchased on. It is non-transferable: it cannot be gifted, resold, or moved to a different account.

Pro Monthly and Pro Season are self-service subscriptions. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal, reachable from your account page. Cancelling stops future renewal charges; it does not refund the period you have already paid for. Your Pro access continues until the end of that period, then reverts to the free tier; it does not stop the moment you cancel. Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel.

If a renewal payment fails, we do not remove your access immediately. Stripe automatically retries a failed payment for a period of roughly two weeks, and your Pro access continues while it does. Access is only removed once Stripe stops retrying and the subscription is marked cancelled or unpaid.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. This 14-day right applies to Pro Monthly, Pro Season, and Pro Lifetime.

What happens next depends on your plan, because immediate access affects each one differently: see below.

Pro access is granted the moment your payment succeeds. So at checkout you expressly ask for immediate access, rather than waiting out the 14-day period before you can use the Service.

Pro Lifetime. This is a one-off purchase of digital content supplied immediately. When you ask for immediate access and acknowledge it, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once that access is granted. This is a recognized exception under EU consumer law for digital content delivered right away with your prior consent.

Pro Monthly and Pro Season. These are ongoing subscriptions (a digital service), so you keep your 14-day right of withdrawal even after you start using them. If you withdraw within 14 days, we refund what you paid minus a proportionate amount for the time you had access. For example, if you withdraw a monthly plan after using it for a few days, we keep the value of those days and refund the rest.

To withdraw, or to ask for any other refund, email us at support@f1predictions.ai with a clear statement of your decision. Include the email address on your account and, if you have it, the date of purchase. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to. We will acknowledge your request by email.

If a refund is due, we issue it to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor, without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed.

Outside the statutory withdrawal right above, refunds are not automatic. We consider requests case by case and do not guarantee a particular outcome or timeframe. Where the law that applies to you grants rights beyond what is described here, this policy does not affect them.

The Service is provided by the trader below. Any detail shown as pending is being finalized and will be completed here once issued.
